Port owner plans luxury wine spa hotel

Taylor’s, Croft and Fonseca Port owner Fladgate Partnership, plans to open a luxury wine spa hotel.

Taylor’s, Croft and Fonseca Port owner Fladgate Partnership, plans to open a luxury wine spa hotel.

The Yeatman is a 5 star hotel in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.

Plans will be unveiled at the Monte Carlo Travel Market in Monaco from 9-11 January.

The hotel will feature a Port bar and general manager Francisco Franco Afonso said: “We hope to deliver an authentic and luxurious experience to travellers visiting Oporto and an unforgettable wine experience.”

The Yeatman has been considered as a PIN Project (Project of National Interest) by the Portuguese government and it is due to open early 2010.
