29 May, 2015

U’Luvka, the premium Polish vodka brand, has appointed Robert Zajaczkowski as its global brand manager.

Zajaczkowski who was born in the Polish town of Wroclaw where U’Luvka is distilled and bottled by hand joins from Beluga Vodka.

He will be responsible for hosting and undertaking training programmes and master classes based on U’Luvka’s Polish heritage and its production process.

The company says Zajaczkowski’s key focus will be to continue to position U’Luvka within the super premium segment and to ensure the vodka is listed in the world’s best outlets, from cocktail bars to hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants.  He will also be charged with developing new cocktails based on natural ingredients such as fruit and herbs in order to showcase the vodka’s characteristics.

Zajaczkowski was bar manager at London’s Baltic Bar and Restaurant, where he was responsible for creating and implementing the drinks list for the business. He was also brand ambassador for Potocki Wodka.

Barnaby Richardson, marketing manager of UK distributor, Love Drinks, said: “Who better to explain the unique proposition of U’Luvka than someone that hails from the same town.”
