Foster's hires CIO

Foster’s Group has appointed Dean Matthews to the role of chief information officer (CIO), effective May 23.

Matthews has held senior technology and executive leadership roles with Transurban, Linfox and MLC Lend Lease.

According to Foster’s, Matthews is a “proven” CIO with a track record of leading large-scale organisational change.

He has previously managed “major” IT integrations, mergers and acquisitions and “complex” strategic projects.
