Caribbean Cocktail Tour to launch in January

15 December, 2025

Kyle Jones, managing director and co-founder of The Bahamas-based cocktail bar Bon Vivants, alongside industry leaders Jim Wrigley and Roberto Berdecia, have launched the Caribbean Cocktail Tour.

The tour is a new initiative developed to showcase the region’s cocktail talent, beginning 9 January and taking place over three weekends (23 and 30).

The Caribbean Cocktail Tour will unite three Caribbean drinking destinations: Bon Vivants (Nassau, The Bahamas), La Factoría (Old San Juan, Puerto Rico), and Library by the Sea (Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands).

“The Caribbean Cocktail Tour is a unique opportunity to celebrate the creativity and heritage behind our region and our craft. It brings together three islands, each with its own culinary history and perspective, and three incredible bar programmes to create a platform that encourages collaboration and learning. We're thrilled that Library by the Sea can be part of this exchange and that we have the opportunity to tell the stories of our island in an entirely new way,” said Library by the Sea beverage manager, Jim Wrigley.

In partnership with Diageo Reserve, the tour will include a series of cross-island pop-ups, educational sessions, collaborative menus, and cultural exchanges.

The collaboration also aims to amplify the voices of Caribbean bartenders, giving them a platform to share creativity and shape the next era of hospitality across the region.

Jones added: “This is about showing the world what the Caribbean can do. We are producing bars, bartenders, and cocktail programs that stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the world’s best. The talent, the creativity, and the stories are here - and this tour is our invitation for everyone to experience them.”

Caribbean Cocktail Tour Schedule:

  • Nassau, The Bahamas - 9-10 January hosted by Bon Vivants
  • Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands - 23-24 January hosted by Library by the Sea
  • San Juan, Puerto Rico - 30-31 January hosted by La Factoría
