Silverleaf at Pan Pacific London is to launch a new menu in October named Texture Is Everything.

The Scotch Malt Whisky Society has partnered with memory psychologist Dr Ansgar Endress, chef Bruce Clyne-Watson, and, rollercoaster designer Brendan Walker, to launch a series of festival bottlings paired with nostalgia-inducing memory boxes. 

Scotch whisky producer The Macallan has teamed up with esteemed graphic designer David Carson to launch a travel retail exclusive called Concept No. 3.

The Glenmorangie Company has released a £2,500 whisky matured in Chateau d’Yquem sauternes casks.
