ZECA Cachaca will unveil its new hybrid sugarcane varieties at the Brazilian embassy in London on April 11.

The International Association of Brazilian Cachaca has invited a variety of cachaca brands to an event at the Brazilian embassy to showcase the latest developments in the cachaca industry.

ZECA’s founder, Marcos Matos will discuss the advancements in hybrid sugarcane varieties, discovered through the combined efforts of ZECA’s master distiller and the agricultural department of the Viçosa University in Brazil.

ZECA wants to revolutionise how cachaça is viewed within the cocktail industry and recommends drinking the spirit with ginger beer or lemonade.
