Constellation in deal with bartender

21 August, 2015

Constellation has bought a minority share in Charles Joly’s Crafthouse Cocktails, a pre-mixed drinks company. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.

Joly, Diageo World Class winner in 2014 and ex-beverage director at Chicago bar The Aviary, co- founded the range in bottled cocktails in 2013.

It comprises Moscow Mule, Paloma and Southside cocktails and is currently available in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan and Colorado.

Joly said: “We use the same ingredients one would use in a bar to make a true, bottled cock- tail. We are very excited to have this support from Constellation Brands, a strategic organisation with dynamic people and a phe- nomenal portfolio.”
