Belvédère announces new executive committee

Belvédère SA, the wine and spirits company in Europe and the US, has announced has announced the composition of its executive committee, headed by CEO Jean-Noël Reynaud.

Daniel Rougé is chief operations officer. Rougé has more than 30 years of experience in the agri-food sector, notably in drinks where he was industrial director and factory director at Candia Sodiaal, Orangina Schweppes, Teisseire and Boisset. He joined the Belvédère group in November 2014.

Jean-Noël Reynaud, CEO of Belvédère, comments: “I am very satisfied to be able to count on an executive committee with substantial experience both of the wine and spirits sector and of turning around companies and driving growth. Belvédère is again able to attract talented individuals who are convinced of the pertinence of our project. Having put the group back on the road to recovery at operational level in 2014, the executive committee and local management teams are ready and eager to ensure the success of our BiG 2018 strategic plan.”

Alain Degand is chief purchasing officer. Previously purchasing director at Bormioli Rocco BU Perfumery, Degand joined Belvédère in March 2013. He has 20 years of experience at Roquette Frères, Arc International, with almost a decade in the food and glass sectors.

Aymeric Donon is chief financial officer. He began his career at Mazars, where he was responsible for the auditing of spirits groups. He was then CFO for the Vranken-Pommery Monopole group, joining the Belvédère group in November 2014.

Stanislas Ronteix is chief marketing officer. Marketing general manager of Bisquit Cognacs within South African group Distell, Ronteix had global responsibility for Rémy Martin VSOP at Rémy Cointreau and has more than 15 years’ of experience in the wine and spirits sector. He joined the Belvédère group in September 2014.

Odile Laurent is human resources director and Stéphane Laugery is legal Director and corporate secretary.

Belvédère has a portfolio of premium spirits brands including including Sobieski, William Peel, Marie Brizard and Fruits & Wine. It is listed on Compartment B of Euronext Paris and is included in the EnterNext© PEA- PME 150 index.
