Sophie Bratt, head bartender at the Harvey Nicholls department store in Leeds won with her Eros Panacea cocktail which comprised yellow Chartreuse, a ‘rinse’ of Pernod and tomato water along with 50ml of Gin Mare, the Mediterranean gin, garnished with basil, chilli and olives.
Bratt will be joined in Ibiza in September by Ian Sedwell, bartender at The Gaucho Grill in London’s West End.
