Sherwood and Venning bros to open new bar Little Mercies

31 August, 2018

Alan Sherwood has collaborated with Max and Noel Venning of Three Sheets and Bar Three to launch a new bar called Little Mercies in London this September.

Sherwood has previously worked at London bars Scout and Peg + Patriot and now Little Mercies will open on Broadway Parade in Crouch End.

A statement released by Sherwood and Max Venning said: “Little Mercies will bring a slice of east London to Crouch End, with a large concrete bar, tonal blues, and exposed brick.

“Large sash windows will let the light in on the 52-seater bar and restaurant, and with a private booth tucked away in the back, there will be a space for everyone at Mercies.”

The statement also said that the focus of the bar will be on drinks and that the cocktails will be supported by a 12-bottle wine list and a rotating beer menu available in bottles, cans and on draft.

There will be a short evening bar food menu with brunch and cocktails served every Saturday and Sunday with vegetarian and vegan options.

Coffee will be provided by Alchemy and available to take away, including draft Nitro Cold Drip.
