Following the success of the Berlin show, and in recent years the launch of BCB Brooklyn, Singapore and Sao Paulo, the London trade show will be heading to Tobacco Dock, Wapping, from 30 June to 1 July 2025.  Organisers have also confirmed that bartender, TV presenter and entrepreneur from London, Jack Sotti, has been appointed as the show’s brand ambassador.

Patino was the founder of trade-focused marketing agency, Simple Serve, and a partner at Californian cocktail bar, Raised by Wolves. He also founded San Diego Bartender’s Weekend, served on the advisory board for Another Round Another Rally, hosted Speed Rack events and was a judge for the World’s 50 Best Bars. Tributes were made from members of the bar trade via social media.

The project is an initiative to provide a dedicated digital space for women and non-binary people in the hospitality and drinks industry, as the collaboration begins with a guest shift on 4 November, followed by seminars throughout the day on 5 November.  The Ada Coleman Project co-founder, Kaitlin Wilkes, said: “It’s so important to showcase the diverse opportunities available within the hospitality industry.
