Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits has announced the acquisition of Eagle Rock Distributing Co’s Colorado operations.

The deal will see Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits distribute Anheuser-Busch’s full portfolio including Michelob Ultra, Busch Light, Budweiser, and Bud Light. The spirits portfolio includes Cutwater Spirits as well as other RTD labels.
