Compagnia del Gusto Holding has entered the UK wine trade through the acquisition of Jascots Wine Merchants from Freixenet Copestick.

Established in 1986 and acquired by Freixenet Copestick in 2020, Jascots Wine Merchants is a leading specialist in Italian wine for the UK market.

The fee of the deal is undisclosed but Compagnia del Gusto Holding will assume responsibility for the administrative and sales teams.
