Bar Leone owner Lorenzo Antinori, SpeedX Hospitality founder Anirudh Singhal, and The Dram Attic founder Priyanka Blah, have announced the launch of Popolare Systems.

Popolare Systems has been created as a platform dedicated to designing and manufacturing premium professional bar systems for the global hospitality industry.

The first collection of Popolare Systems will introduce two flagship systems: Leone – The Signature Station, and Apollo – The Grand Station.

Leone is a take on the modern cocktail station, built around the way bartenders actually move behind a bar. Speed, reach and everyday efficiency drive the layout, designed to hold up in premium cocktail bars, luxury hotels, and destination restaurants.

Apollo is the island-style flagship, made for the most ambitious projects on the board, featuring wider workspaces, integrated functionality and a more theatrical guest-facing profile.

Antinori will lead the creative and operational philosophy behind Popolare Systems, bringing decades of international bartending experience and perspectives on workflow, ergonomics, and hospitality design.

SpeedX Hospitality will shape that vision into commercially scalable products through engineering, manufacturing capability, and global distribution.

The Dram Attic, under the leadership of Blah, will serve as the strategic force behind the collaboration, bringing together global industry relationships, hospitality networks, brand partnerships and market development.

The first collection is in development now and will launch across key Asian markets before rolling out internationally.
