Whisky Live Paris returns this September, bringing together producers, industry professionals and spirits enthusiasts for three days of tastings, launches and events.

Whisky Live Paris will return on 26-28 September for its 2026 edition, with producers and brands from across the whisky and wider spirits industry gathering at the Grande Halle de la Villette.

The Plateau Dégustation sits at the centre, bringing together producers from established whisky regions and emerging categories, while the wider show extends beyond whisky into rum, agave spirits, sake and cocktails. The Rhum Gallery now spans almost 1,500sq m, while the Saké District has expanded to 400sq m and the Patio des Agaves provides more than 250sq m dedicated to tequila and mezcal.

This year will see the Karuizawa Tasting Bar, part of the Carré Collectors (or Collectors Area), new for 2026. The dedicated bar will showcase a rare collection of around 30 bottles from Japan’s Karuizawa distillery, with selected flights including expressions dating from the 1960s through to the 1990s.

Discussion points

The masterclass and roundtable programme will see sessions spread across the weekend and Monday, with industry figures, distillers, blenders, writers and brand specialists discussing production, provenance and the evolution of different spirits categories. Highlights include sessions focused on Chichibu and master distiller Ichiro Akuto, Gordon & MacPhail, The Dalmore and master distiller Richard Paterson, Nikka, Ardbeg, Octomore and Kavalan on Saturday. Sunday turns the spotlight towards names including The Macallan, Benromach, Tormore, Glenmorangie and Ki One, while Monday’s programme includes Elixir Distillers, Signatory Vintage, Japanese whiskies, American whiskey and Arran.

Alongside the exhibition itself, the Golden Promise Week runs from 23–30 September, extending the Whisky Live experience across Paris with rare American whiskeys, bourbons and historic spirits at the Golden Promise Whisky Bar.

For trade visitors, Monday 28 September will provide an opportunity to explore the show, meet producers and discover new releases. The day also offers access to the masterclass and roundtable programme, with sessions covering both established brands and specialist areas of the whisky market.

With its combination of major international producers, rare bottlings, new releases and an increasingly broad spirits programme, Whisky Live Paris 2026 will provide a snapshot of current developments across the premium whisky and spirits market.
