Asia’s 50 Best Bars returns to Wynn Palace in Macau for the second year, with the 2026 list set to be announced on 28 July.
To coincide with the event, and in celebration of the hotel’s 20th anniversary, Wynn has announced a weeklong, resort-wide festival of takeovers and collaborations.
Alongside official 50 Best events, including the ceremony and closing party, Wynn has announced Wing Lei Bar & Friends, which will see 50 bartenders and chefs from across Asia, Europe and North America transform the resort into a hospitality hub.

Friday 24 July
Wing Lei Bar Showcase
Director of bars at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace, Mark Lloyd, will take guests through the first of two guided tastings of Wing Lei Bar’s new menu Unity 2.0. 4pm – 6pm at Wing Lei Bar, Wynn Palace
Chef Tam’s Seasons x Michter’s Bourbon pairing dinner
Helmed by chef Tam Kwok Fung, Chef Tam’s Seasons (number seven on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026), hosts a six-course menu paired with special expressions from Michter’s Distillery. 7pm – 9pm at Chef Tam’s Seasons, Wynn Palace
Asia Checks In, Let’s Shake Up

Shake & Stir Hall of Fame
Two of the industry’s most influential figures: Asia bar pioneer Antonio Lai, co-owner of Quinary (Hong Kong) and The Opposites (Hong Kong), and acclaimed drinks entrepreneur Nico de Soto, founder of Danico (Paris), headline an afternoon session at Wing Lei. 2pm – 4pm at Wing Lei Bar, Wynn Palace
A Bartenders’ Bartenders Takeover
Past and present winners of the Altos Bartenders’ Bartender award come together for an evening takeover at Wing Lei Bar. Jay Khan (2020) and Andrew Ho (2025) open the night from 6pm, followed by Keith Motsi (2022) and Beckaly Franks (2023) from 8pm. 6pm – late at Wing Lei Bar, Wynn Palace
