Patrón reveals UK finalists for Perfectionists competition

Patrón has announced eight bartenders for the UK final of its Perfectionists Cocktail Competition which will take place in London in September this year.

The competition is now in its fifth year and has expanded to 30 countries globally to attract an increasing number of participating bartenders.

There will be 22 international finalists from the 30 countries representing their nation at Hacienda Patrón, in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, for the Global Final in January 2020.

Matthew Sykes, senior director of international marketing for Patrón, said: “The level of innovation, creativity and sophistication of the cocktails presented across the UK is representative of the versatility and quality of our liquid as well as of the unparalleled bar scene. 

“It is amazing to see such talented and passionate bartenders sharing our vision and dedication to the Patrón journey towards perfection. We cannot wait to see what the UK final will bring, I am sure it will be an outstanding and tough competition.”
