Russia: Moscow Bar Show returns

03 May, 2012

Moscow Bar Show is to return for a second year from 25-27 September 2012.

The 2011 show saw 85 exhibitors and around 6,000 trade visitors.

Jeff ‘Beachbum’ Berry, Nightjar’s Marian Beke and Mixelany’s Jared Brown & Anistatia Miller are signed up to present masterclasses at the 2012 show and more names are expected to be announced.

The event was conceived and organised by Moscow’s "PIR Group" in cooperation with the founder of the first London Bar Show's Andy Bishop.

2011 visitors came from throughout Russia and the CIS region and international exhibitors for 2012 include Diageo, Pernod Ricard, William Grant & Sons, Gruppo Campari, Remy Cointreau, Brown Forman, Bols and Jagermeister. They will be joined by Russian distributors including Simple, AST, Luding and Altair.

Organisers predict that 2012 will see the show increase in size to accommodate more than 100 exhibitors and  8,000 professional bar trade visitors.

The show will be held at Crocus Expo. For more information see Moscowbarshow.com
