Jez Carreon of Employees Only Bar in Singapore has been crowned the World’s Most Sustainable Bartender by Flor de Caña, after competing with 18 mixologists from around the world.

Bar manager of Edinburgh’s Panda & Sons, Sean Cavanagh, has been named the UK’s Most Sustainable Bartender at the Flor de Caña Sustainable Cocktail Challenge.

Hazel: The second release from Sylva

As the name suggests, we’ve used hazel wood as the hero of this edition alongside other familiar, native broadleaf trees, including silver birch and oak from our own forest.
