Playing the numbers game Diageo’s interim results for the six months to December 31 which were reported yesterday (January 30), make bleak reading.

Diageo has released the special edition baijiu Shui Jing Fang Red Fortune to travel retail ahead of Chinese New Year.

CEO of Diageo, Paul Walsh, has outlined the potential of the global baiijiu market and has stated that the company is ready for further acquisition in the category.   

Diageo, has launched Chinese white spirit brand, Shui Jing Fang, onto the UK domestic market.
