Racke will merge DC with its on-trade subsidiary Reidemeister & Ulrichs. The acquisition adds almost €10 million in sales to the Bremen-based group of importers, strengthening its role in the HORECA sector.

DC originated from the merger of Domaines & Châteaux, Die Weinlieferanten, Berlin and Frankhof Kellerei, Hochheim am Main to become Germany’s leading specialist for the supplies of hotel chains and is a leading distributor to the on-trade with nationally 21 representatives and 2.800 direct clients.
