Trinidad Especial

1 cl Pisco Mistral

2 cl fresh lime juice

3 cl Angostura aromatic bitters

3 cl Orgeat syrup

Glassware: large martini

Method: shake / strain

Garnish: Chinese mandarin, cherry, cloves, vanilla, pineapple leaf, lime tree leaf.

Ri.Pa Deuxi ème

1 cl Angostura orange bitters

1 cl Tio Pepe

1.5 cl bitter Martini

1.5 cl Martini Bianco

2 cl Angostura Rum 3 Year Old

Glassware: martini

Method: stir

Garnish: Chinese mandarin, star anis, alloro, vanilla, strawberry, cacao beans grated top.
