Wines of Germany relaunches its UK website

Wines of Germany has relaunched its website for UK trade and consumers.

Wines of Germany, the generic body for the German wine industry,  has relaunched its website for UK trade and consumers. has a ‘Wine Searcher’ function, which provides direct links to retailers’ websites to enable consumers to buy direct.
Users can search for German wines available in the UK market by alcohol level. They can also search by colour, region and grape variety.
Viewers can browse food and wine matches, enter competitions and learn about the wine regions using interactive maps of Germany’s 13 wine producing areas.
The site includes dedicated press and trade sections, where press can access an extensive resource of images, press releases and statistics, and the trade can keep up to date with all the latest news including upcoming German wine tastings and initiatives from the German Wine Institute.The site also allows visitors to search for German wine suppliers and catch up on German wine mentions online via the Wines of Germany Twitter feed, which is streamed live on the homepage.
