Areeya joined the pre-opening team last year, and will now take on a leadership role, running the bar, leading daily bar operations, delivering cocktails, assisting in menu creation and ensuring service standards are met.

Areeya has previously worked as head bartender at Rimshot Bar, Bangkok, on the pre-opening team in January 2023, where she updated and conceptualised the bar’s cocktail menus.

In April 2024, Areeya became bar manager on the pre-opening team at Blanc, Bangkok, until September 2025, when she joined the pre-opening team at Saikindō where she has now assumed the role of head bartender.
