The Chancery Rosewood’s Eagle Bar has opened the doors of its second terrace bar opposite its first space which launched in September 2025.
The new space completes Eagle Bar’s dual venue including Upper West, offering views of London’s Hyde Park, and Upper East, overlooking Grosvenor Square.
Maura Milia, Eagle Bar general manager, said: “Upper West and Upper East offer two very distinct spaces and experiences while keeping the utmost hospitality and sense of connection at the centre of what we deliver. We are fortunate to provide our guests with such choice, catering for different tastes and occasions always elevated by our stunning space and remarkable views of London.”
Upper West’s drinks offering is shaped around large format wine, Champagne, with an exclusive service of Billecart-Salmon Rosé Brut magnum, and a curated list of aperitif-style drinks.
The cocktail selection is divided into Sparkling and Still with highlights including the Upper West Spritz, made with Cocchi Americano, guava, strawberry and cream, and Billecart-Salmon Rosé Brut, and the Palomina, a Paloma riff made with Patrón Reposado Tequila, watermelon, grapefruit, lime, chilli, and Pol Roger Rosé Brut.
Upper East features a new cocktail list highlighting American classics, such as the Whisky Smash, with Eagle Rare 10YO Bourbon, lemon, Mouneyrac pear and mint, and the Algonquin, with Sazerac Rye, Talisker 10, Cocchi Americano, pineapple and tobacco.
