Savanna Dry Cider sponsors Saracens rugby club

International wine, spirit and cider producer, Distell has sponsored reigning European Rugby
Champions, Saracens with its Savanna Dry cider.

The sponsorship will see Savanna
Dry become a 
Saracens principal partner for the
2017/2018 season, which will also include sponsorship on the Saracens’ jersey alongside Allianz, CME Group and Betsafe.

“We believe Saracens and Savanna are a perfect fit with close connections to both South Africa and the UK,” said Distell’s UK commercial director Joseph Walsh.

“We are also both unapologetically ambitious to succeed across the UK and Europe.”

Savanna Dry Cider was first launched in 1996 and is available nationwide across the on and off-trade markets.

Walsh added: “This partnership will give Savanna a real opportunity to showcase our brand to a wider UK consumer audience thanks to Saracens’ strong fan base and wider sporting appeal.”
