The integration with Bottle Green has enabled Kingsland to combine forces in manufacturing, logistics and marketing, along with sales, producer relations and winemaking, the company said.
Andy Sagar, managing director of Kingsland Drinks, said: “We’re thrilled to see the integration complete, just in time for this year’s London Wine Fair. At this year’s London Wine Fair, Kingsland will showcase highlights of its portfolio of over 100 brands from 13 countries, including Limestone Coast Wines, Borgo Molino Prosecco, Blue Nun and Baron de Ley.
The London Wine Fair 2016 is from 3rd-5th May.
