The Russian ‘bread wine’ range comprises three single grain distillates and four infusions - all triple distilled.
The Polugar range of distillates - Classic Rye, Single Malt Rye and Wheat– come in 70cl and 10cl bottles and have an abv of 35.8%.
They are made using selected grains, natural spring water and clarified using egg whites. The distillate is then purified using birch wood charcoal before bottling.
The Infusions range - Rye & Wheat, Garlic & Pepper, Caraway, Honey & Allspice - all 50cl (38.5% abv) is based on recipes discovered by founder of Polugar Boris Rodionov, using natural raw ingredients and infused in the same high spirits at the Single Grain range.
