I became an honorary Gin Rectifier last night (May 9). I took an oath and now I am duty bound to promote the best interests of gin.
Price is executive vice president, chief financial and administrative officer at Arbonne International, a personal care products company. She previously served as executive vice president, chief financial and administrative officer of Philosophy and spent 31 years at Procter & Gamble.
David Mackay, chairman of the board of Beam said: "Price brings to our board an outstanding blend of consumer, finance and operations experience, and I am confident her insights will serve the board, our management and our shareholders very well."
Price's election increases the size of the board to eight members.
