The Edinburgh-based event, which moved from The Raconteur to Bond No 9 this year, saw bartenders competing to create the most complementary cocktail to Brokerís Gin.
Judging the event was the brandís co-founder and ambassador Andy Dawson, Chris Flint of host bar Bond No 9 and Euan Thompson, director of Stella Brands, Brokerís Ginís distributor.
Allanís creation, The Old Alliance, won first prize (see recipe below), with Tom Walker of Bramble coming second and Gordon Purnell of Voodoo Rooms third.
According to the brand, its English-made gin is distilled five times in a copper pot still, using wheat spirit and ten botanicals.
