The World's 50 Best Bars, which took place at Christ Church Spitafields yesterday (October 6th), saw nine awards presented to the best bars in the world.

Cocktail historian David Wondrich has been confirmed as the host of The World's 50 Best Bars ceremony for 2014, which takes place in London on October 9.

The results of The World's 50 Best Bars were announced at a ceremony at One Mayfair in London last night, before a throng of 500 of the bar industry's leading lights.

For the final chapter of The World's 50 Best Bars Brands Report we asked bartenders about their favourite brands and spirits categories, rather than what sells best in their bars. The results threw up few surprises...
