Kasteel Cru beer gets UK marketing push

13 November, 2009

Alsace beer Kasteel Cru (5.2%) has launched a new advertising campaign in the UK.

The focus will be on Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow city centres and around Sainsbury’s and Waitrose stores nationwide. The campaign will run until the 14 December , to raise awareness of the brand during the run up to Christmas.

Jim Harling, Kasteel Cru marketing manager, Molson Coors (UK): “This is a revolutionary lager, which goes way beyond mere refreshment. It is very popular even with those who are unsure about beer and looks wonderfully elegant. It’s great as an aperitif or with lighter, creamier foods such as cheese straws, camembert, smoked fish or green salads.”

Kasteel Cru is distributed by Molson Coors (UK) specialty beer company Different World Drinks Company, a team of 11 beer specialists.
